VERY RARE / HARD TO FIND.
These are the features of EACH speaker;
Price when sold new in the U.S., back in the late ‘70s: US$ 180 each;
Production Year: 1978-79;
Design Principle: Vented;
Woofer Diameter: 8 inches;
Tweeter Type and Diameter: cone, 2.5 inches;
Tweeter features an anechoic diffuser (JBL style), to improve sound spatiality and definition at high frequencies;
Frequency Response: 42 Hz to 20 KHz;
SPL (Efficiency) @ 1 meter with 1 watt power input: 91 dB;
Maximum power handling: 50 Watts;
DIN continuous power handling; 35 Watts;
Electronic power overload protection with resettable electronic fuse on back;
Impedance: 8 ohms;
Dimensions, 13x9x22 inches;
NOTE:
on ONE speaker there is a small imperfection on one corner of the body;
on both speakers the woofer dome is very slightly damaged;

Neither of these imperfections have an audible effect on the quality of the sound reproduced.
They are currently attached to my Hi-Fi system and you will be able to listen to them before buying.
They are excellent speakers and I don’t like the idea of letting them go; so you might ask “Why are you selling such beauties?”
Simple answer is that we have a Cat, which is 16 years old, she’s got cancer and she needs surgery; as you probably know, vets are expensive and at 16 years old a Cat is pretty much like an 80 years old human, that is, frail and no insurance will ever cover you. So, we have to find the money (about $ 2000) to pay for it and I have decided to sell whatever I don’t use daily. So, if you are a Cat or Animal lover, there you have one more reason to buy these speakers.
