Flemish giant for adoption in GREENWOOD, Western Australia for sale

Flemish giant for adoption
Flemish giant for adoption
Flemish giant for adoption

We are moving overseas and we unfortunately have to put our beloved Flemish giant for adoption.
Casper is two years old and we have had him for 18 months. Before we got him He spent his first 6 months of his life in a cage with no human contact. He is very friendly but can be a bit shy. He has never bitten or shown any type of aggression. He loves pats but is not a huge fan of being picked up, but will tolerate it when it's time to go back to bed. He is fixed. He has a great character and it's is very funny to watch his behavior indoors. Once he has settle you will enjoy watching him race around the house, jumps metres into the air and lie totally flat for a tummy rub (over half a metre long).
He is a very big rabbit and requires exercise daily. He will need to go to a home where he is indoors all the time or comes in at night time for a run around. With us he gets about 3 hours in the house every night and more on the weekends. If you can not provide either indoor living/exercise time daily then Casper is not for you. He is toilet trained.
Casper means the world to us and we will not be giving him away lightly as this is the hardest thing we have to do before we leave.
Please see our requirements below and if you fit all these then please contact us and we will be happy to meet you.
Needs indoor time/exercise (as stated above)
Needs a household with no other pets
Needs someone willing to care for him (a Flemish giant is a suprising amount of work
Needs to be willing for us to drop him off and see where he will live
Needs to be willing for us to contact you/possibly visit you over the next few months until we leave. This is so we know he has settled and is getting looked after.
Needs someone willing to "rabbit proof" their house. All cords and wires need to be hidden/duc taped to prevent chewing.
If he is too much for you too handle or you can't have him any more then you agree to contact us (wherever we are in the world) and let us re-home him. We have lots of family that will take him temporarily while a new home is sort out.
Thanks for your time, if you decide to take on Casper you will find hi a very loving and rewarding pet. We are not trying to be difficult with all our demands, he just mean so much to us that we want him to go to the best home possible.
